We enjoyed the fine natural setting surrounded by forest, with easy access to cross-country ski routes, and a beautiful border creek for a walk. The hotel's external area was a lovely spot for dining and drinks overlooking the local wildlife. The staff was really good and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, with the best waiter ever in the restaurant. The food was really good, and the breakfast was perfect with a good variety to choose from.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The best hotel that I stayed in.Great value for the money.
German speaking personal but very open to understand english.If they learn more english maybe they will get more guests.I Hope that they will choose to do that.

Had a lovely Xmas stay! the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for winter activities with snowshoeing and cross-country skiing available nearby. the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home.
The Wi-Fi was spotty, which made checking emails and coordinating with family back home a bit frustrating. the pillows were a tad too small and uncomfortable.

Close to hiking trails, quiet location, in house restaurant serves affordable Pizza and German food, room service (not advertised, but pizza can be delivered to the hotel room)
Bed consisted of two separate mattresses, quiet annoying, large dogs are allowed in the hotel so barking noise was present

This hotel is a perfect location if you want to explore the nearby Christmas markets. the staff is incredibly helpful in planning out your market journeys. the restaurant is delicious with a selection of three different dinner options each night. the rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities.
The design of the common areas could be improved to make them more visually appealing.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the surrounding small towns and their Christmas Markets. The restaurant here is exceptional, serving delicious and fresh breakfast. The staff is friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area with stunning views of the forest. The restaurant served delicious food and the service was outstanding. The staff was always eager to help.
The walls in the rooms were not well insulated, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
